Terms of Use

Welcome to Veyro. These terms are the agreement between you and Samneon Ltd, the company that makes and runs Veyro (“Veyro”, “we”, “us”), for using the Veyro app and website. By creating an account or using Veyro, you agree to them.

1. What Veyro is

Veyro is a personal AI assistant. It can chat with you, remember things you tell it, keep your notes, set reminders and routines, help with documents, and design rooms. Veyro produces AI-generated content, which can be wrong or incomplete. It is a helpful tool, not a professional, and nothing it says is professional financial, legal, medical, or tax advice.

2. Who can use it

Veyro is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and by creating an account you confirm that you are.

3. Your content is yours

Everything you put into Veyro — your messages, memories, notes, documents, and voice — belongs to you. To make the app work, you give Veyro permission to store and process that content and to send it to the AI providers that generate responses for you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

4. Using Veyro responsibly

• Don’t use Veyro for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• Don’t try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Keep your account and password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

6. Plans and payments

Veyro is free to start, and some features are part of a paid plan — see Pricing. Plans bought on our website are billed in US dollars through our secure checkout and renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; plansPlans bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple. You can cancel anytime, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Website purchases can be refunded within 14 days of your first payment, minus the part of the plan you’ve already used; renewals aren’t refunded except where the law requires — see our Refund Policy. Purchases made through Apple follow Apple’s refund rules.

7. Availability and changes

Veyro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it running, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that any result will be accurate. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Veyro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on Veyro’s output — including, without limitation, financial decisions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe something stored in Veyro infringes your copyright, email support@veyro-pa.com with: a description of the work; where the material is in Veyro, or enough detail for us to find it; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or may act for its owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We remove material that infringes, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice with: what was removed and where it was in Veyro before it was removed; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the complaint, or their agent; and your physical or electronic signature.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we’ll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Veyro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
